This past week our Ethiopian director, Ruth, had the privilege of attending a leadership conference in Addis. Opportunities like these are rare, and we loved seeing her enthusiasm and commitment to providing the highest quality doula/maternal services in our area renewed.
Ruth is a blessing to our organization and the heartbeat of our Addis program. She is gifted in encouraging, mentoring and teaching women, and her ability to network and build connections is unmatched.
We are so thankful for you, Ruth, and for your heart for this preventative work, as well as your ability and passion to advocate for women and infants in crisis as you insist and ensure they receive the care necessary for survival.
